Excellent location - we paid to park outside for 1 hour whilst we unloaded-£1. Very clean - looked well equipped, though we never ate/cooked there.

Very minor- but we would have liked hand towels for use in the bathrooms, rather than having to use the one bath towel that was provided per person.

Great location, lots of space, lots of thoughtful touches for a self-catered apartment such as tea, coffee, milk, washing-up liquid, cloth, sponge & toiletries. The gaming snug looks great for kids. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes close by, including a cafe that does take out pastries - great for taking back to the apartment for a chilled out breakfast. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The apartment is a the top of several flights of stairs so not great if you have mobility issues or heavy/large bags. I thought the apartment had a parking space with it due to the FREE PARKING written in caps in the description, however I didn’t read the “Nearby” on the next line, so felt it was somewhat misleading. There is plenty of parking nearby but all costs and some is time limited - I paid £16 to park for 24hrs on the car park on The Ginnel. Any free parking is a decent walk away.

The apartment felt very homely, with ample space, and clean enough.

Location was very good close to restaurants etc.

Perhaps a grab rail.over the bath/shower. It is quite deep and as an older person a wee bit difficult to step out when it is wet and slippery.
