The location was great, there is a bus stop next to the apartment and a metro station nearby. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and a smart tv to watch YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime etc. The best part was the local neighbourhood tapas bar down the road, you must go for a truly local experience.

2 of the bedrooms don't have windows. Also, the check-in process was a bit complicated as the instructions were a bit unclear but I called the company and they were very friendly and efficient to sort it out.

It was clean, close to Madrid center and the host very responsive.

Being located at ground floor and with the windows facing an inside alley there was noise each morning when the garbage was picked up and the alley cleaned. Also the T&C posted on Booking should reflect the actual Apartment owner T&C especially when a deposit is required. This (deposit) was never mentioned when booking this apartment as the need of individual contracts to be signed in their app. The key to access the apartment is available only few hours before your predicted check-in time, so if you will arrive early then you will have to contact the property. And finally, the message/email with the deposit instructions will come in only few hours before your check-in meaning that after you will get off the flight you will have to find this email, make the deposit to get the key code access for the apartment door. These should be done in the airport (before leaving it) as if it’s raining then you will be doing this in the rain in the front of the apartment. The app this property is using is not quite friendly user and requires a lot of browsing in order to fill in all the information and sign of contracts before being able to be sure you will be able to finalize the property check in process.

The neighborhood can be noisy
