Location and security was great.

Bedding was not fresh, very disappointed about this No coffee/tea had to wait for it while it was collected from another apartment No air-conditioning & heater provided was not stable. Heater Had mulfunctioning wheels so had to be put against wall and it kept rolling over Balcony door was not closing properly, so basically sleeping with open door Had to call for TV channels to be reset and lost signal again, but at this stage I didn't bother calling the host again

Very humble and helpful host, my visitor from the USA were so proud of South Africa

The location.

The washbasin in the main en-suite was clogged. Ants on the kitchen counter. Oven was filthy. Carpet in lounge was very dirty. Sliding door was jamming. Not enough crockery in tge kitchen. No aircon or heating I the apartment.

Property is fine but i wouldnt recomment that place because there is no commucation

Dirty bedding We were 4 but bathroom had 1 dirty towel Nqobile doesnt care about visitors You can stand outside almost 4 hrs without geting hold of him

Host was very accommodating and nice Place was very secure The apartment was beautiful and exactly as advertised.

Had problems accessing the restaurant and Lifestyle centre. Every time we needed to access the restaurant convenience shop, there was a whole process to go through and some times we ended up giving up. The place was great but the host could improve on visitors ease of access to the Lifestyle centre
