10 minute walk to town, good size, had everything you needed

Outdated, kitchen tap not secure, single bed was very uncomfortable.

Bed uncomfortable. Parking not clear where to park. Couldn’t work smart tv. No key box code as I missed paying the £250 deposit and received no reminder!

Great location and has all the basic amenities you need. Communication was great too prior to arrival.

Uncomfortable at night as it was very warm. A fan would have been a welcome addition.

Good location and comfortable beds. Has all the amenities you need like an iron, ironing board and laundry detergent. Interior was very homey and comfortable.

Shower pressure was a bit weak.

Location is excellent. 10 min walk to center of York. 30 min walk along the river to Rowntree Park. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Very helpful and accessible support when needed.

Nothing bad to say here really, except for our stay we had a little trouble with the hot & cold water regulation, which made using the shower a little difficult. But a nice bath, as an alternative, was a treat :)

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

The location was brilliant. Just outside the city walls, so it was quiet. There was a bus stop on the main road that took you into town, but also served the sightseeing buses. However, it was close enough to the main city so you could walk into town. There were loads of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a Co-op and an Aldi nearby for any essentials. The house was comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfortable, too. The parking was really useful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The decor was a bit dated, but that didn't affect my stay there.
