Very small room with minimal facilities

The best part of this Riad is its location (which is in Medina, walking distance from both the road and the souk), breakfast, and the staff, including the manager Abdo, who was kind and accommodating.

First of all, there is nothing to like about the accommodation itself. The room we stayed in was ~$200/night and was very small and damp—the riad, though in Medina, is difficult to find and is in an isolated alley. I would only recommend it if you a) are paying < $50/night or b) wish to stay in Medina at the cost of the comfort of stay. Please avoid this place if these two do not apply to your plan.

Nada, porque cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no había habitación para mí y me tuve que buscar la vida para alojarme por la ciudad. Y eso que el mismo día de llegada nos reconfimaron DOS veces la hora de llegada por email.

Reserva pagada desde Marzo, al llegar al hotel nos dicen que no tenemos habitación, que hay un error en Booking y han venido más habitaciones de las que tenía el alojamiento. Nos proponen volver a pagar para ellos buscarnos donde dormir, argumentando que Booking tampoco le ha pagado. Finalmente hemos tenido que buscar otro alojamiento, después de estar más de tres horas en recepción sin darnos solución. Todavía no hemos recibido los más de 500 euros que pagamos.

The riad was in the perfect location for exploring Marrakesh! Breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop, and Abdo our host was helpful and attentive.

Wow what an amazing place! We loved the traditional Riad style, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the manager Abdo was the nicest person ever - nothing was too much trouble for him to do for us. We particularly loved breakfast on the terrace and moroccan tea whenever we wanted it.

Nothing. Everything was lovely. We had thought there would be a pool - there wasn’t in our riad but there was a lovely hottub, and all the facilities were amazing.
