The Grand Barso (A Luxury Heritage)

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Room was clean, cute comfortable jharokha, furniture and upholstery very comfortable.

We had booked on booking.com and by mistake breakfast was not included. It was still the same rate as a room with breakfast, which I booked at the hotel for a friend. The kettle was working but it was not near any plug, had to shift a table to use it. Tea stuff should be better placed near a usable plug.

Cleanliness and atmosphere and vibe.

Washroom maintenance shd b improved. Not getting 4 or 5 star feelings. Location good..food was good

Not very happy with overall experience. The staff at the reception were rude and non cooperative. Very limited facility in hotel. Food was ok ok... Nothing great... Don't opt for breakfast in package... It's useless.. instead go for ala carte... U will save.

It’s open and spacious. Big lawns and open spaces.

Rooms are very small, two guests can barely stay. Found moisture dampness in rooms and as well. Linen was okay but did not feel fresh.

It’s relatively new construction and can be easily accessible from highway .

the total experience of the property : hospitality of staff - rude and non co operative. The rooms are not clean ,best sheets with stains , WC run out water , lot of mosquitoes (can’t sleep whole night) , rooms doors open into common lawn (no privacy) , no room service after 11.0 pm ( not even front desk will respond) , list is too long .
