One Bedroom Apartment Smethwick Flat 308

Cleanliness inside the flat was excellent. The kitchen, shower room, bedroom are excellent. Full points to it. A great quiet location, for going into Birmingham (by tram) or Soho or Smethswick by car or nearby places like Dudley.

overall building /corridor has weird smell and outside of the building for parking etc is not neat.

Clean, bathroom was lovely easy check in all facilities we needed were there. Would definitely come back

Disappointed from the start

Service was really poor. Had to wait almost an hour to receive the fob to enter the premises. Spoke to a member of staff was told they are sorting the fob after 10 mins they wouldn't answer called numerous times and then finally got a message that it was ready. Upon entering I found debris on the floor couch had stains windows had hand prints plus tv it went on. Toilet seat had a hair on it plus a stain. Duvet cover had a stain pillow had a hair omg. Didn't end up staying the night. Got a Message from the agent next day was told I should have called them they would have changed the room lol if they picked up the phone I would have. I hope they get there act together.

It was dirty , the staff bang on your door early hours of the morning and they don’t understand English they tried to hold the door open whilst my child was sleeping absolutely disgusting workers.

It gave Cody vibes it was clean and it was easy to book
