COSI Samui Chaweng Beach

Ich war schon einige male im COSI und mag die Unterkunft sehr. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, da man sich praktisch direkt neben dem schönen "Open Air" Central Samui Einkaufszentrum befindet, in dem es absolut alles gibt was man so braucht. Man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Party Area und gleichermaßen über einen Schleichweg zum Strand. Es gibt einen Pool und einen CoWorking-Bereich. Das Zimmer ist finde ich gut ausgestattet, sehr bequemes Bett, Dusche mit viel Druck und gut regelbarer Temperatur, schnelles WiFi, Smart-TV mit YouTube. Man kann als Hotelgast kostenfrei mit einem Roller in der Garage der Shopping Mall parken, einfach einen Sticker an der Rezeption abholen.

Was nicht so gut ist: Es kommt darauf an was für ein Zimmer man bekommt, bzw. in welchem der 3 Gebäude. Je nachdem hat man eine ziemliche Laufzeit um rein und raus zu kommen. In manche Zimmer dringt offenbar schlechter Geruch ein - ich hatte bisher Glück, aber ich habe das immer wieder von anderen Gästen gehört. Mein letztes Zimmer hatte Ausblick in die Männertoilette des Einkaufszentrums, auch nicht sooo toll :-/ Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner gehören wirklich mal ersetzt, die haben die beste Zeit hinter sich.

Excellent location, right in the mix of central samui and the main area of Chaweng. A lovely room which was cleaned daily. Daily food credit meant we could access the breakfast daily with ease. A quiet pool area which was nice. Short walk to Chaweng Beach and easy to access taxis/grab to other parts of the island.

50baht for a small shot of milk is quite pricey! Room overlooked a multi story carpark so we couldn’t really leave the blind open as these were not blacked out windows and people outside could see straight through.
