We would like to inform you that for the date of your stay, check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, you will be sent instructions via the Airbnb chat. We remind you that on the property: Entry to the property is NOT permitted before 3:00 PM. - The entry of personal belongings is NOT permitted before the assigned check-in time. - We recommend that you check in to authorized and secure storage areas for your belongings before check-in, as entry before the stipulated check-in time is not permitted. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Parties or events are NOT permitted. - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. - Check-out or delivery of the apartment must be before 11:00 AM. Additional information. We would like to inform you that you must complete the Avaibook registration form before arrival to allow access to the apartment. The link will arrive 5 to 2 days before arrival, or you can also request it from the SOLFAI administrative line if you have made an immediate reservation. Registration is mandatory for all guests, including those over 14 years of age. This registration will be completed by filling out a form through the Avaibook platform for generating a short-term rental contract. Check-in is self-service; you can enter the apartment after 3:00 PM. Remember that instructions will be sent through the Airbnb chat. The administration contact will only be used in case you cannot access the platform. We recommend saving both numbers.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
