Nice location with peaceful environment, comfortable for families and friends gatherings. Spacious house with well maintained furnitures.

The house needs some maintenance for electrical. Like lighting of the house. Some lights were not working and unable to find the switch, fan speed was real slow even in fastest speed 4,sometimes the air-con remote was not working. Also for housekeeping, we smells urine all time from the toilets.

Too many instructions given and not an easy access from the parking to the entrance. The location of the mailbox to get the card is hard to find.

1. Its spacious area and can accommodate families. 2. Property is clean and has a good view. 3. Hosts are responsive and provide 2 sets of scan cards.

1. A hassle to enter premise - you need to report to guard every time. Then you need to return the visitor pass every time you need to go out. Then the process repeats. 2. Hidden cost - RM300 deposit asked before getting keys/scan cards. 3. Parking is on the 5th or 6th floor. (Not on 3rd as indicated). Visitors will get even higher parking level. No available parking outside the building. 4. Quite a hassle to register guests coming to visit. 5. Hanging lights in master bedroom are quite dangerous for we hit our heads a few times. 6. Deposits only returned after 6 days (not after 3 days as indicated earlier) 7. Iron provided but ironing board is broken and not spared another. 8. Water dispenser can only provide warm and hot water - no room temperature or cold water.
