Everything. The hotel is so bad I don't know why hygiene people didn't shut this place yet. Very unhygienic. Bed so bad, toilet flush didn't work it's like you going to get worse experience then prison bed. Customer service was very poor I couldn't stay because of so much issues. They agreed to refund which they haven't paid very bad.

I liked the comfy bed and big mirror on the floor!

Literally it took 30 minutes to find the guest house 5 after I got off an uber near the house. Please give users the details and the photos of the outlooking. I pushed the bell at the different house written '5' at the other side of the road.

Good position, good hour entering, comfortable bed.

Ugly room. The pictures are better than the reality. A lot of things broken in the room, actually also in the house. it is a poor place. The minimum bed, just to sleep. Bathroom minimum and not beautiful, neither good cleaned. They don't work good in this place, for my advice. It seems an indian place! I was not sure about the sheets, if they were clean. Maybe they was, but the place didn't felt beautiful, so I slept with my dresses on. No towels included. No shower. If you search just for a bed, at low price, it is a ok place. I slept good. But it is not good treated. I repeat, there was broken furnishings in the room.

The room absolutely reeked of smoke, people smoking inside.. draws were broken and no hangers in the cupboards. Also there was no hot water anywhere in the place, disgusting!!! Only okay thing it only cost £18

No wifi, central heating was broken so no heaters or hot showers. Live wires sticking out from the broken heating system. Kitchen was a mess, plates and cookware barely useable, oven billowed smoke when using. Staff didn’t care as well as their “boss”. Wouldn’t stay here again, ever.

Location was good for me close to the ferry terminal

Bed was very bad mattress springs were pressing against me all night very difficult to sleep needs replacing asap

The bed was clean and looked like it had freshly been changed. Some of the reviews said there were no curtains, but when I arrived they had a curtain up. I liked that the doors were open with codes so I didn't have to mess about with a key. It has plenty of storage, I only stayed one night so I didn't store anything and plenty of plug sockets. I really liked that I had a toilet in the room so I didn't have to use a communal one in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately there's a list of things that were wrong with the room. Sink coming off the wall Toilet smelled of pee Toilet dirty should have been bleached Mirror not on wall Draws next to bed are broken Mattress uncomfortable Duvet too thin No hand towel in toilet No hand wash No heating Window doesn't lock No kettle in the room (one of the pictures on here shows a kettle in the room) No hot water.
