nothing to like about the place ..As I went in lounge there was I guy sleeping in drity sofa that made is way in for free. And Just come out of prison for arm robbery not a safe place to stay very very dirty kitchen rooms bedding etc and for 24hours not toilet paper and nit hot water in morning to have a shower. This house should nit be in booking.com

The code for my individual room was the same code for the front door. So all residence could get into my room at anytime. Bed smelt and room felt stuffy I was very tired and wanted to sleep, so when i informed the situation at 3pm of my safety, it was only 5 hours later did an alternate accommodation be made. Second room had aircon but more people in the building, bed was awful. I woke up with a splitting headache the next day. Believe it was down to the stress of the first room. Left at 8am to get out of there. Can provide text messages/whatsapp messages to prove everything stated above is correct.

Room 3 overlooks the garden and the windows had been left open (because it was hot) but the impact of this is that smokers had gathered under the window and there was a very strong smell of ciagarette smoke across the whole stay.

The room S are big spacious just needs throurgh clearing

Sucio, mal olor, carteles rasgados de la información, zapatos sucios en la entrada de la casa, la cama olía a sudor, el cuarto olía a tabaco. Taza para café sucia y sobres de azúcar abiertos. Nunca había estado en un lugar como este respaldado por Booking. Estuve 5 minutos cerré la puerta y me fui. Una hora después tuve que regresar por qué olvidé mis lentes que los apoye en una mesa mientras buscaba el teléfono para tomar fotos. Al regresar encontré la puerta de la habitación abierta de par en par , se supone que nadie sabía que no regresaría. Solicite la cancelación del día siguiente y no respondieron. Booking tiene algo de responsabilidad en esto, promocionan un lugar que está mal calificado, no deberían pagar al hospedaje y restituir el dinero. Yo nunca miraba los comentarios pued nunca me había sucedido esto antes en Booking. Salir en la noche en un país desconocido a buscar otro lugar donde descansar, eso es frustrante.
