Could hear up stairs walking about but it was minor

It was nice and cozy the staff were kind and gave easy to follow instructions of access to the property. Just a tip to the staff because the property was so lovely they should move the tv in the bedroom away from the heater as over time it will severely damage the tv (talking from experience). Honestly great property, in a nice quiet environment with kind and accommodating staff.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from the city centre. The property is spotless and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The parking space is a great bonus, though it was a bit of a tight squeeze for my Estate BMW. This is my second time staying here while visiting my daughter at university, and it feels like a home away from home. I can't wait to come back again!

I wasn't too keen on the Ring doorbell monitoring our comings and goings, although I understand the security reasons behind it. The car park space out front is convenient, but it's a tight fit. Cosy, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, everything you need. Good communication. Great location for the Stylus ( gigs) Fabulous TV's, good WiFi and comfortable bed.
