Csendes helyen van, jó az elrendezés.

Elfoglalást követően takarítással kezdtünk, meziláb és zokniban 2 perc alatt bundás volt a talpam a kutyaszőrtől és a kosztól. Ami baromi nagy kockázat, a bejárati ajtó, kívülről nem nyílik kiliccsel!!! Nincs kilincs, csak kulcccsal nyílik. Ha becsukódik és nincs kint semmid, kulcs telefon, elérhetőség, bármi egyéb, esetleg este van, és van egy pici gyereked, vagy esetleg fogyatékkal élő, vagy csak maga a helyzet rosszul alakul, akkor nagyon nagy bajba, kellemetlen helyzetbe kerülhetsz, a nyaralásod egy pillanat alatt rémálommá változhat! Ez egy baromi nagy probléma és nem is engedném így üzemeltetni. A szállás maga nagyon szép lenne, meg lenne a hangulata, de le van lakva, nincs vele foglalkozva, nincs takarítva, a konyha felszerelés nagyon szegényes. 1 db olyan labos van amiben már a kutyának sem adnék enni. A melegvíz egyfolytában leáll, nincs víznyomás.

De eigenaar was goed bereikbaar. Er waren voldoende schoonmaakmiddelen.

De locatie van het huis klopt niet, dus de juiste locatie moet opgevraagd worden.

No hot water in the morning

The house is in a quiet area and there was plenty of room inside and out. The bed is warm and we slept very well. Lorenzo was easy to contact and very responsive. Our stay was comfortable.

Don’t rely on google maps. If it wasn’t for kind locals we would have wasted a lot of energy and time. The house is located almost on the corner at the intersection of Via Goldola and Via Ettore Tiani. The photo with the metal gate and fence on bkg.com will help identify it. We are walking the Via Francigena. The house is perhaps 500 metres from restaurants and supermarkets. Those with a car wouldn’t have a problem. The door locks need to be repaired. They are very fiddling.

Spacious, clean, comfortable.

Took us 1/2 hour to locate venue. we are good at navigation apps, we are using them all day at the moment as we are walking the Via Francigena but this accommodation didn't show up in location as per Google Maps. locals tried to help, td us they had seen others lost for this accommodation. Great for everything else.

In case of any issue,the host resolved it asap Location is quiet and nice The building has big potential if regular repairs and small improvements are made.

Broken parts of equipment are not repaired which unnecessarily degradates the whole property. Equipment is outdated-no investments were made for some time. Therefore price for money is not so good.
