Sijainti oli ok, 10krs ja aurinkoinen parveke oli kivat. Oli kiva kun oli tuotu pullovettä valmiiksi. Kohtelias vastaanotto.

Suihkun suutin kannattaisi uusia, lörötti huonosti vettä. "Keittiö" ikkunassa rakoja, josta tuli kylmää ilmaa yöllä sisälle ja tuulisella/ sateisella ilmalla ikkuna vinkui. Wc:n katossa tummaa hometta luulen. Viltit jotka peiton asemasta käytettiin oli vanhoja jotain riekaleita reunoista roikkui. Kannattaisi remontoida tulisi viihtyisä. Valaistus oli huonoa, kun 2x pöytä/ jalkalamppua ei toiminut. Kokeilin eri pistokkeiden kautta kun omistaja näin neuvoi viesteissä.. ei toiminut. Yxi pistoke sohvan takana oli osittain irtiseinästä eli rikki...
