Very clean, Very responsive host. Perfect location and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and paper goods!

No washer and dryer, bed was a little unstable/very hard mattress.

We loved the artsy vibe of this wee home which was actually surprisingly spacious. The facilities were great - a lovely big well appointed kitchen and plenty of living space in all areas. Comfy beds. It’s hard to comment on the proximity to the city because we didn’t have time to visit it but it seemed handy to most things. We loved being in the suburbs a bit and getting a great view of suburban Charlotte on the way there. We were able to have a free tour of the Amazon Fulfilment Center whilst there - very interesting. The host was very approachable too and gave a few helpful suggestions.

Gorgeously decorated with modern art and at the same time comfy and cozy. Our hosts were flexible, easy to communicate with, and so thoughtful. It’s centrally located in Charlotte so easy access to many places. We will return!

The property is in a good area and is affordable

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming rental in Charlotte! The house was not only beautifully decorated with fun art throughout the space but also incredibly well thought out. It’s stocked with all the little details that many rentals overlook—like robes, kitchen tongs and hand towels, a quality cutting board, filtered water, sharp knives (a rarity!), extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and feel at home. I know next time I don't have to bring so many things from home! The internet was stable and fast enough for work, which was a big plus. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept great every night. The owner was kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. It really felt like I stumbled upon a hidden gem in the world of rentals. I’ll absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Charlotte and look forward to warmer whether where I can enjoy the outdoor amenities as well. Highly recommend! Thanks Kristin!

I really can't think of anything which is a great issue to have lol.

Plush clean towels and shower supplies, stocked kitchen, cute backyard with fire pit and deck, big screen TV with streaming services, plush beds and bedding. All for a very reasonable price! Plus the house felt like staying in an art museum! We loved our stay here. Such a thoughtful host. Felt like we had returned to the good old days of home rentals with quality hospitality at a reasonable price.
