This property is extremely dirty and unsanitary. There is no cleaning between guests. The shower was full of hair and black mold!!! The toilets were not clean but full of streaks from something unknown. There was no soap or shampoo, The mold extended outside the shower stall as well. The walls and tiles had black dirt build up from weeks or even months of not cleaning. The floors were dirty, the smell in the entire apartment was musty- no cleaning supplies used here. The kitchen was also extremely dirty. Full of oily smudges on everything from the containers to the appliances and even the doors! The toaster still had food and grease from the previous guest. There was no dish soap or napkins or paper towels anywhere. One bedroom still had a bottle of water on the floor from the previous guest with their used blanket partially folded on the bed. It had no sheets and was not made up. We could not use this bedroom. The living room couch was just as the previous guest left it. All messed up with pillows thrown. There is a huge hole in the couch with a thin cover to try to hide it. Very sloppy. Although the owner sent us soap there was no attempt to clean this place. He told us he would clean it while we were out. We returned after eight hours and no one cleaned. We confined ourselves to only 2 bedrooms avoiding the kitchen and living areas altogether. By the way, This IS NOT a 2 bathroom apartment. It has only one very, very small shower and the a second toilet next to the kitchen. Owner claims 2 bathrooms. I have never experienced this in all the years using Booking. This property should be taken of their site. IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD. DO NOT RENT THIS!

Owner claims this was just a mistake. This is not a mistake- it is continued negligence and a complete disregard for their guest who trust the description on Booking and then have to deal with this situation once they arrive. The pictures below are only a small sample of what we found when we arrived. Floors, walls, door have not been cleaned in a long time. Urgently in need of soap and disinfectant !!! This property should never be on Booking. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable despite the fact we traveled as a family of six. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The building is close to the supermarket, bus stops for different lines, and it's only 15 minutes of a relaxed stroll to the historic center of Palermo. It was a great choice!

The only downside is street parking. It's rather bothersome to find an unoccuppied space, especially for a larger 7-seater car. Luckily, we had a rental car only for one day.
