8 Star Paradise

I had the most amazing time here and am super grateful for being welcomed as part of the family like the way I was. I splurged on the family room and woke up in literal paradise with the most amazing and peaceful view, unreal. I ended up staying during the last festival night of the year and went out with the family. They look after you like their own. The rest of my stay was a much needed calm and serene time to recharge after months in SE Asia. Probably the most impactful stay I’ve had the whole time. 100% would recommend and a place I do intend on coming back to. Thank you guys!

Without a doubt, this was the best place we stayed during our two weeks in the Philippines. A truly magical spot, far away from any tourist activity, where you immediately feel at home and naturally integrated into the local village of Bucana. The welcome from Mike and his family was simply incredible. The experiences he offers through his fishing boat are unforgettable, taking you snorkeling around untouched islands where you are often completely alone, making you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden paradise. On board, he also prepares amazing fresh meals such as grilled chicken and fish, served with fruit, all cooked on the spot. We even had a karaoke evening with him, which was absolutely hilarious, we had such a great time and shared a lot of laughs. The homemade dinners in the evening were also excellent, and he even offers laundry service if needed. Truly, everything is thought of to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Mike is always attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. We shared some wonderful moments together.🍻 The location in Bucana is just extraordinary, falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up with your feet in the sand. We stayed as a family with three children in a traditional beachfront bungalow, which made the experience even more authentic. We were also lucky enough to witness baby turtles hatching on the beach in Bucana, right in front of Mike’s place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique, human, and truly immersive experience close to local life.

What we didn’t like: absolutely nothing.

8 Star Paradise is incredible! We had a wonderful cabin right on the beach. If you want to get away from the busyness of El Nido and be right on the beach, this is it. The owners go way above and beyond to make your stay special. The included breakfast is made fresh every morning. It's delicious! I would give this place 8 Stars for peace, tranquility, location and owner attentiveness. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will never forget it!

Localisation idyllique ! Notre meilleur séjour aux philippines ! Un grand chalet confortable à étage avec un bois de qualité une vue incroyable sur un spot que je recommande à tout le monde Personnel très agréable

Il manque un petit meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la grande chambre à l étage . La chambre du bas a un lit en 120 cm je pense. Le sol , la table pourrait être plus propre. Le bruit du bar juste à côté (la 1ere nuit musique jusqu a 3h du matin !)

Very nice staff, especially Mike, the owner. Took very good care of us and did small things we didn’t ask for all the time!

A bit hot in the tents, but if you ask for a fan he will bring it for you. The rooms have it already included.

Posizione meravigliosa fronte mare, Michael (il proprietario) super gentile ci ha accontentati in tutto come del resto ha fatto anche tutto lo staff. Servizi puliti e ottima colazione

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Einfache Zimmer mit kleinem Tisch und Mosiktonetz und Ventilator. Sehr gutes Morgenessen. Gepflegte Anlage , Dusche mit kaltem Wasser. Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ruhiger Ort zum Abschalten und erholen , mann hört das Meerraus hen den ganzen Tag und Nacht. Direkter zugang zum Meer. Es hat 1 Unterkunft mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Wer es gerne einfach hat ist dort richtig .

Es hat sehr viele Hunde am Strand und Scherben.
