FRWe liked the spot in the nature, it was quiet. Well equipped and the outside terrace was great.The staff was very reactive and friendly and even offered a welcoming water and beer. Bed were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.
The bathroom smelt strongly bleach. The kitchen smelt like gaz (gas stove might need to be checked?). One of the towels wasn’t smelling well (may not have dried correctly before it was folded). Otherwise, nice place with space for a family of 4.

ITLa proprietaria è persona squisita, accogliente e molto discreta. Con un sorriso ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra, mettendo a disposizione tutti gli spazi e confort della sua casa, circondata dal bosco e molto comoda se si vuole raggiungere il centro di Perugia. Consigliatissimo.

Under the bad it was too dirty.
CHEverything was great, and the host was lovely. She brought us fresh tomatoes from the garden when we arrived. The kitchen also had plenty of utensils, pots and pans, plates etc I would love to go there again if I have the opportunity.
ITFantastic host, spacious and clean apartment very close to the city emerged in nature and beautifully peaceful. If you’re visiting Perugia for a couple of days I highly recommend it!
