The hotel has a lovely interior and garden. It serves good breakfast. Staff is very friendly. It is located in the historical heart of the town.

The shower had little water.

Wonderful garden Close to interest areas

The hotel did not accept payment in card, only efectivos - which was an inconvenience. The reception staff did not speak English

The best place to stay in in San Cristobal.

Being asked to pay in cash with no prior information - being told I would get my change back and clearly they did not intend to give it back. It was a small amount, like 200 pesos, but still!
