Apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado. Terraza espectacular y grande. Parking privado excelente con plaza ancha y cómoda.

Ubicación

1) Great location - only a 7-minute walk to the city center. 2) Very clean and spacious apartment in a modern residential building. It had all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the IKEA furniture and kitchenware were new and in excellent condition. My wife especially appreciated the excellent shower. We also enjoyed the large private patio, which was a great place to relax. All appliances and equipment worked perfectly. 3) Check-in and check-out were smooth overall, and we did not encounter any major issues. 4) The underground parking was excellent. We had a designated parking space that was very spacious, and the entrance to the garage was easy to access. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay, and I would gladly recommend it.

1) The supply of consumables was quite limited. For a 4-night stay for two people, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided. There was also only enough washing machine detergent for one load of laundry and enough dishwasher detergent for two cycles. Having to go to the supermarket to buy basic necessities is not something I would like to spend time on during a vacation. 2) Although check-in went smoothly, we had to initiate communication with the host on the day of arrival. I would have preferred to receive check-in instructions proactively in advance. 3) It would be helpful to add a shelf or storage space inside the shower cabin, as there was nowhere convenient to place shampoo, soap, and other toiletries.
