Apartamentul curat, locație bună pentru noi, cu multe facilități.

Aș propune să se introducă și încălzire în bucătărie, nu am văzut calorifer sau alta sursa de încălzire.

Prezenta gândacilor în tot apartamentul.E o locație superbă ,dar cred că puteți face ceva pentru combaterea lor.

Das Apartment war voller Kakerlaken. Eine reine Katastrophe. Schon beim Öffnen der Eingangstür liefen uns die ersten Kakerlaken über den Fuß. Im Schlafzimmer liefen die Kakerlaken die Wände hoch! Der Vermieter des Apartments ist sich dessen sogar bewusst. Sie erwähnen, dass sie ihr bestes geben, um das Problem zu lösen. Fakt ist aber, dass sie das Problem nicht lösen können und das Apartment trotzdem weiterhin vermieten! Eine Schande und Zumutung für Gäste. Wir haben das Apartment direkt verlassen und keinen Fuß mehr reingesetzt. Immerhin wurde uns die Buchung direkt kostenlos storniert, nachdem wir mehrmals angerufen haben und das Problem geschildert haben. Ein neues Apartment mussten wir uns spontan auf die Schnelle trotzdem raussuchen. Ein extrem unverschämter Vermieter. Das Apartment dürfte garnicht mehr vermietet werden.

1. The main drawback is the cockroaches. This place is unsuitable for rent. I killed about six cockroaches. The landlord knows about the problem, but he continues to rent it out. The property's high rating is misleading to guests; it needs to be lowered. 2. The large sofa in the living room is too big; it gets in the way of walking. It's uncomfortable.

Clean apartment located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro and bus stations, 15 minutes away from Romexpo and Herastrau Park by bus. There was everything we needed, shampoo, towels, tea and coffee. Good communication with the host.

Everything was perfect.
