The apartment is shabby and not very comfortable

The bed is small, the place looks and feels shabby. The beds are not comfortable.

The location mostly. Well furnished.

When I booked through Booking.com the website did not mention there wasn't a lift. I did mention it to the host. As we are older persons going up and down the stairs with luggage and groceries was not easy. The staff were very good at helping us carry. The sliding doors were sticking and extremely hard to open. The bedroom was particularly stuck. The housekeeper said he would come back and sort it out but never did.

Lovely little unit with perfect views. Easy access to the promenade for nice walks especially in the evenings. Super friendly cleaning staff as well who were lovely. Would definitely come back again. TV also had DSTV which was a nice surprise.

The keys said the bedrooms had aircons, but they don't, they have fans. They do work well though so it's not much of an issue - might be in December / January though. The kitchen is small and has no cupboard space for groceries, but that also is really minor unless you're staying for a long period of time.

Absolutely everything, nothing to complain about

Workers busy making noise from another unit (drilling) this was only on Friday but it was extremely loud. Parking was an issue and couldn't use garage as there was something stored.
