Closeness to the city centre

No communication from host so didn't have details on how to access the property. Couldn't get wifi to work. Local homeless people urinate up the front door of the property. Couldn't get heater in bedroom to work

The location was brilliant, only a few steps from the square. The apartment was all clean and tidy.

It was not made clear on the apartment advert that it has an ensuite. It advertises it can sleep 4 adults, which is true when you are using a sofa bed. However it is not ideal when the only bathroom is the ensuite in the bedroom. It would also have been nice if there was duvet and pillow covers provided for the people staying on the sofa bed, it made it feel a little unsanitary using a bare duvet and pillows. The bathroom has dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, however only the conditioner part had anything in it. If you are going to leave dispensers in the bathroom it would have been nice to have them filled.

The location was excellent right in the city centre and apartment comfortable and cozy

They should give a little warning of the stairs needed to climb to reach apartment I have bad knees and found them hard going

No bed bugs and a nice location. Was probably nice once when clean and maintained.

Dust, builders dust, old dust, on everything. Very basic facilities. Bleach and mould. Obstructed entrance. Coffee machine wrong plug. Old peeling greasy pans. Dust. More dust. Windows don't open in lounge. Dust. Unresponsive agency. DIY double glazing with own eco system on original windows. Rubbish shower. Poor water pressure. And dust on everything. Should not have been let in this condition. Sticky fridge. Didn't use kitchen for anything other than kettle. Had to eat out rather than cooking in. Dust dust dust.
