"Excellent stay"

Property is new and very well maintained. Two security check points before one enters the property proves that the security factor is addressed on top priority. Garden city mall is just 05 mins walking distance which has good no of restaurants, coffee shops and a hyper market inside. The property also has gym and a swimming pool spacious one. And the apartment has almost all the required items inside except an air conditioner. Though it was pleasant during daytime and night it was cold so didn't feel the necessity. Overall experience was good and highly recommended.

"Good stay, could be better"

Nice location, yet there is noise from nearby construction site. Did not like it had roaches and the shower was very fiddly to setup to get even a little bit of warm water. Host was helpful.

The property is situated in an excellent area with a mall at a walking distance. The property is modern and user friendly.

Currently they are in construction so the noise levels are high and might disturb if you are working or trying to sleep during the day There were cockroaches, I think the owner needs to fumigate asap. The payment system was not very accommodating for non local tenants and the owners were not very nice and some days rude and very unpleasant, not professional.

The apartment is great! There is lot of space and everything is new. The building is also new and you feel safe. The mall is at 3 minute walking.

The mattresses are quite hard. We had problems because they don't accept credit cards (as stated in the reservation) but we fixed it.
