Perfectly positioned for easy access to the town and the beach. Everything we needed was available for use in the apartment.

Parking was difficult but we did get there on a Saturday afternoon and we did manage to park outside the property.

We had a great time in Torrevieja and apartment was super clean. Host was easy and fast to contact. I would definitly recommend!

The bed was comfy. The WiFi was just acceptable. The locality was very good.

The sofa was not comfortable. The frame could be felt throught the cushions.. The noise from upstairs was bad. BAbies crying a lot. Refurbishing a coffee bar underneath. Drilling and hammering Parking is very difficult. Did you use car all week. Because of the difficulties to find a parking spot.

The beds were quite small - othwrwise everything was fine. Good AC.

The property was relatively modern compared to other options, also close to where we needed to be. The owner was helpful in adjusting the check-in time.

The floors were dirty and dusty, sink grate had food remnants, host forgot to supply towels, toilet paper and hand soap. When called, towels were supplied from an outdoor closet, no clue if they were clean, bought soap and toilet paper ourselves. Generally speaking a pleasant property, however the hosting and hygiene was abhorrent. I sincerely wish the owners improvement for future customers.
