4 Foundry House

Steve and Hazel were very welcoming and genuinely nice people. House has everything you could possibly need for a vacation,comfy bed, clean sheets, towels, freshly refurbished property. Well done to both of you, we will be coming back! Angel D.

My wife, Bev is very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and she was very happy about how clean the house was. We both found the beds to be very comfortable indeed, probably better than at home. All amenities were fine and the cutlery and ancillaries were clearly new. Nothing at all to complain about from us!

Maybe, just maybe the bathroom is starting to show it’s age, in places. Some may complain about the slight unevenness of the floors but - it’s an old property so one should expect such things. This is NOT a complaint, just an observation!

It was quiet, a great location and I really appreciated the bread, biscuits, tea and coffee on arrival. The house was perfectly located for the Forest of Dean, Puzzlewood, Go Ape and Clearwater caves. Excellent value for money and super comfy beds!

Car parked on road. But at least very close.

Cosy house, good facilities and well equipped. Good location with shops/pub within walking distance.

Wi-Fi patchy but does work.

The property was clean, had everything we needed. Was centrally located for the Forest and it’s attractions.

Nice and cosy lovely surroundings and ideal for a little break was treated by hazel and Steve ( if I remember bad with names) was lovely to have a pint of milk some biscuits and bread and butter
