Ground floor location with sea view. Many thanks to our host for allowing us to leave our luggage for a few hours.

Unfortunately the smell of sewage from the drain in the bathroom was very bad. We asked the cleaner for help and she placed a towel over the drain. It did help for a while but during the night the stench returned. We did message with our host. This might be the norm in Spain as we have stayed in places before with a bit of a pong, but not as bad as this. The fact that the bed was right beside the bathroom door didn't help. We considered leaving after our third night didn't because alternatives weren't working.
