The main issue that we had was in booking.com website we had given arrival time as morning 6-7 then we got msg to pay 50% of charge as rooms are now available but lot of demand and so we paid. On reaching staff telling that they are not informed of arrival time and we had to pay extre for another room and double that for early check in. . So we ended up paying 1.5 times the original rate . Treebo pls get your IT guy to check with booking website as to why the arrival time does not show in your log or if does show then educate your staff Abt where to see this. This was the major negative point and have never had to face this anywhere else. Other that full marks for location and facilities

Poor service at breakfast counter. We have to order things and wait for that. Unprofessional staff. Hotel Room floor was sticky and you cant place your bare feet on the floor.

Yes we liked the location (Heart of the city), cleanliness and courteous smiling staff.

It's not about not liked something. But this hotel without restaurant of its own can make arrangements to serve bed tea/ tea or coffee and snacks on demand of the guests, if not meals. Of course, there was a kettle and dip dip tea provision in the room, still this room service will help the tired guests.
