They canceled my booking on the last day, when I was actually on the way. I was forced to spend a lot of time for searching another place for the same day booking and spending much more because of this.

Good instructions, everything was clean, quiet neighbourhood, parking included, friendly host, really good price

Loved the interior, the location, and cleanliness.

There were hardly any pots and pans, which made it difficult to make meals. The house could use some more, and a toaster would be helpful.

The house was clean and very nice, and the communication and assistance from the owner were amazing.

Very nice and clean inside, area seemed very calm as well and quiet.

Code entry was fast & easy

They stole the 300 dollars they had blocked as a deposit, using the excuse that we left the house dirty and messy. They took photos of the coffee stain on the dining table, the oil stain because we cooked on the stove, the bed was messy because we slept in it, the stain on the wall that they claimed we did, and claimed that they would have the entire wall painted, and literally stole our 300 dollars. We were accused as if it was a crime to leave a cargo box in the room, we used the bath towels and left them on the bed, this was a crime. immoral and thieving people. I want my full $300 back. This situation is booking.com's responsibility. They charged us 20 dollars for leaving our luggage a few hours early, and they even took the drinks we left in the refrigerator. Even though I told them 3 times on the phone that I would pay 20 dollars, they called and e-mailed me 2 times a day. I have never been in a situation where I was so disturbed in my life. During our stay, they took the cargo left at the door and left. When we called and told them that we had received the delivery information, they left it at the door at midnight and told us by phone that they left it at the door. I request Booking.com to refund my money from these thieves.

Location, Everything new and clean, and the apartment as a whole is great

Well, as we arrived the apartment didn't have any glasses, nor a wine bottle opener, which we did go out and buy (afterwards the host said they would brig it the next day but we wanted it for the day we arrived). Also it only had two frying pans (a small and one medium) and one very tiny pan. No way to cook a proper meal at the house, and as a bonus, the smoke alarm went off at any small smoke, even with the fan turned on and the windows opened, Even with all these mishaps the apartment is great and worth staying at
