Top Floor Condo w/ Ocean Views [Admirals Quarters]

The view and apartment size was wonderful. The apartment was clean and in good order.

We could hear the the residents below us. They were not yelling, just normal speech we could hear.

It was very hot in there by late afternoon.

The only features that I liked was the view and washer and dryer in the condo.

4 steep flights of stairs to climb to access condo, bed mattress had no support, bathroom sink drain plug did not work, dishwasher was temperamental, bedrooms did not have AC, living room sofa and chairs not comfortable to sit on.

It was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment better in real.

We were blown away by how beautiful this place was! And had a lovely view of the harbor… The condo was so pretty and so comfortable that we hated to leave it to go explore the rest of the island. We were happy to come home in the evening here, and he came home a little early so we could spend extra time in the condo, relaxing and such a pretty place. It was very clean. Also, the location is nice. You are not far from Cadillac, Mountain and Bar Harbor, but you were in a small town with real people and get to enjoy a real area that is very quaint. If we are ever in this area again, I don’t wanna stay anywhere else but here!!!

Price. Did not know there would be high cleaning fee, air bnb fee. Way too much money. Also, knew it was top floor but NOT five flights of stairs. Also, quite hard to find as street number hidden by bushes/ privacy wall.
