Good location. Quiet apartment. Good parking. Has basic necessities however items were broken. When I called the report they never came to Repair. Only 2 washcloths/towels for two people for a four day stay. When requested, more was provided.

Nice location, quiet for the most part!

Bugs crawling all over even in our food, beds definitely need to be upgraded, weren’t comfortable. Vents need to be cleaned, the air in the unit is not so clean.

"Good price considering the Boat show was going on. I would rank it like a Super 8 with a kitchenette."

Size. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Burn holes on sofa and rug. Sofa was really uncomfortable. No dishwasher. Dishes were sparse. Pretty much no cookware. Only three forks. It’s kinda like a Super 8 with a kitchenette. Can hear train early in the morning, but it was fairly muffled. Place is among many one story apt buildings.
