As the booking was made very late, I hadn't fully read the property description and as such upon check in I was a little perturbed at having to share a bathroom and kitchen. However, my 21 year old niece assured me that the set up was similar to a hostel only better as we had our own bedroom. We soon got used to the arrangement and had a great time. The cleanliness was exceptional ( this was never in doubt) I requested extra pillows and an iron and both were supplied promptly.

As the property was not central to the centre of Verona and neither of us had ever been to the area I feel a little information either at check in or in a information booklet/leaflet would benefit the guests immensely. If it hadn't been for my niece and her technical knowledge using the phone daily for bus stops and timetable we would have struggled. Little tips such as having to buy a bus ticket at a Tabbachino (can be bought on board but more expensive) and then having to validate them on board would be very helpful. The lady at check in, indicated (once I asked her to give me an idea of the area) the main bus station /terminal was within walking distance, however it most certainly wasn't. Therefore an information booklet with bus numbers, bus stops nearest to the property with street names, restaurant. coffee bars, supermarkets, churches, parks within the vicinity would be very helpful
