The owner / staff of the homestay is accommodating, friendly and kind.

Theres no washing machine indicated a super booking.com. However when feedback, it was sent to us. When they fixed the washing machine and we use it, there was water pounding, flooding the entire kitchen with a pool of water. We feedback to the team, nothing much was done. There was no rice cooker as per booking.com indicated. However when feedback, it was sent immediately. Very kind of team to do that. The rooms were stuffy and pillows need to change. Under the bed found many dust and rubbish. Housekeeping did a satisfactory job cleaning the house inside however, balcony and porch outside is very dusty. After grass cutting, they didn't clean the porch outside facing the pool. The entire floor and even their benches were full of grass debris. We didn't go out and enjoy the scenery. 😢 Mosquitoes.

The unit is dusty, many ants and also 2 cockroaches spotted. I have tried to contact the staff in the evening but only get the responses next morning. Planned to have a good trip with my family but ended up busy cleaning the dusts and ants
