RSOdgovarala nam je lokacija apartmana, vrlo blizu hotela gde nam je bio seminar. Što smo duže boravili u apartmanu, sve nam se više dopadao, lepo je opremljen, nov nameštaj i uredan, praktičan, čak smo mogli ugaonu garnituru da otvorimo kao treći zaseban ležaj. Uredno, veoma dobro iskorišćen prostor.
Treći sprat bez lifta je jedina zamerka, i to samo zbog kofera, inače nije bilo problema. Mesto za parkiranje je moguće naći ispred zgrade.
