I loved it here. I want to come back again. Beautiful place. Pictures do not do it justice - absolutely a gem. Staff amazing and security at gate so nice!

Great place!

The location was great close to everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful and spacious, with lots of potential. The gardens and exterior are well-maintained, and the architecture is lovely. The security team was kind, and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. There was visible mold on the bedroom wall downstairs, which was concerning. The bathtub was rusted and basically unusable. Air circulation throughout the house was very poor. To make matters worse, the property is very close to the Nairobi River, and we experienced strong waves of bad odour, especially at certain times meaning we couldn’t even open the windows for fresh air. These issues made the stay uncomfortable despite how beautiful the property looked from the outside.

Excellent location and a beautiful property. The apartment is spacious and very nice.

Since it was a booking for 10 days and we paid premium charges, cleaning should have been included. The sofas in the living room aren’t comfortable. We had to coordinate the cleaning and garbage disposal with the hosts constantly which could have been avoided.

I emailed multiple times to say that a Kenyan friend would be checking in ahead of our arrival by flight the first evening but he was denied the keys/access. Then after he picked us up from airport we waited over 50 minutes at the gate for them to find the keys - though we showed record of booking, etc. at the gate! This was NOT acceptable and improved with our two further stays in same place.

Enjoyed the quiet away from the hustle of Nairobi. Felt safe, nestled amongst the trees.
