A lovely hidden gem. Beautiful garden lit up at night time and comfortable accommodation.

A private entrance and a lock box for keys meant we could arrive when it suited us without inconveniencing anyone.

Remove the plastic cover from the sofa bed mattress.

Lovely welcoming little touches, esp wine and beer, decor good. Facilities great, very clean. Beds v comfortable. Garden amazing. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Will come back when in area and would recommend.

The shower was downstairs, i prefer facilities upstairs but thats just my preference, the main bedroom is downstairs so makes sense.

Everything ! Lovely cosy and clean , extra touches , chocolate , cans of pop and beer in the fridge , beautiful decor ,,lovely garden with furniture , will stay again and again and again !

Central location, close to train and tescos extra

Absolutely loved our stay at the property. It was all the added extras that made the stay so wonderful including the toiletries, although we didn't really use them, the amount of available towels etc, the chocolates, tea bags, milk, the list goes on. The coffee machine, very high standard indeed. The facilities in the kitchen were amazing. The decor of the property is at a very high standard and it was very much appreciated indeed! Absolutely recommend anyone else to stay at this wonderful property.

Only one thing for me, I prefer a medium to hard mattress. The mattresses at the property were just a bit too soft for my back me that's a personal preference.
