USGreat location in central Galway
I didn't receive any instructions on accessing the location until sending a request to the owner through Booking.com and was told that I should have already received such from previous emails; I thought that was kind of rude. I also sent a request asking about parking and that was never answered, at least not directly. Also, the birds during the night were very loud and made sleeping difficult; the mattresses were not the best either.

USLocation was great.
The washing machine was not working correctly and kept stopping mid-cycle. This was problematic because this is the only stop on my trip where a washing machine was available. My messages on booking.com were repeatedly ignored. For the price, I should be able to expect excellent customer service.
USThe property was in a great location with shopping and restaurants at the door. The apartment was nicely appointed.
Parking was arranged ahead of time (I thought), but we couldn’t figure out how to get the rate promised. I contacted the owner two different times asking about it (right after check in and before check out), but received no response at all. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable.
