I liked all the ambient lights in the property. The mattresses memory foam were very comfortable.

Honestly the owner was the nicest person ever so kind and helpful.

The interior was nice. Perfect Location. Easy access. Well Heated.

No microwave. No toaster for breakfast.

Friendly, helpful host, very clean and tidy and good decor. Buses and shops are about 3 minutes away.

The rooms were really comfortable and always clean. I especially love the bathrooms. The service is exceptional and very welcoming.

absolutely nothing. I have never stayed somewhere so disgusting and will never ever go back or advise anyone to go.

firstly I couldn't check in until 4pm when advertised it was for a 3pm check in. secondly we arrived at the property and there was no TV. Once again it was advertised with a TV so our stay has been ruined as we had nowhere to relax and watch TV. secondly it was advertised with a hot tub and there is no hot tub. third fault. there are broken windows which made the rooms very cold and noisy being in a very rough and drug related area. fourth fault the property had a very strong smell of cannabis fith fault dirty dishes left in sink on arrival and full bin sixth fault only a select few light switches work and not all plug sockets work seventh fault cold shower and very dirty eighth fault toilet seat broken ninth fault kick board under cooker damaged the honest opinion on my stay is absolutely disgusting. terrible customer service I have got messages to show how poorly we have been treated on our stay. I would like to formally complain and request some kind of refund. I will also be contacting local police if I don't get some sort of refund due to the potential of this property being used for a drug storage house. thank you for time
