Friendly and supportive reception. Historic feel. Excellent location. Unbelievable value.

Access can be a little hit and miss. Most/all hotels in Ecuador require you to buzz in, in order to optimize security. Staff is not always at the desk.

La ubicación, el desayuno, la limpieza y Carlos, el recepcionista es estupendo!

Hacía un poco de frío y no había mantas. La habitación no se podía oscurecer del todo y se escuchaba mucho si alguien fuera hablaba.

It is beautiful colonial style hotel. I liked décor, tasteful and comfortable style. Stuff very helpful with luggage. Location is right in the middle of old town but it was quiet at night, I had a good sleep there.
