The location was very convenient and close to the beach. The two main bedrooms were nice and big.

The sitting-room was cold. The sheets on the biggest bed hadn't been tucked in properly at the top and the mattress was good but too heavy for me to lift to rearrange the sheet, so it got a bit wrinkled and uncomfy.

The only good aspect of this accomodation is the location

There were, unfortunately a lot of things that we didn’t like. Most of the cutlery, pans and mugs were very dirty, had food still on them or had simply been put back into the cupboards unwashed. One or 2 things were also chipped . The owners may like to consider replacing some very unpleasant looking and virtually unusable frying pans . The dishwasher itself is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The downstairs bathroom has no heating .It looks as if it should have underfloor heating but this is not on. The sofa in the front room is very dirty - we had to buy throws to put over them to feel comfortable using them. Cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling in many places throughout the house . The toaster was full of breadcrumbs and dirty. 2lightbulbs need replacing in the front room ceiling light fitting . The coffee table top in the front room is not stable and is loose from the legs. Upstairs is better than downstairs but unfortunately the overall impression of the house is not pleasant. None of the mattresses/pillows had covers on them and underneath they are covered with stains which is not very nice to sleep on. The welcome pack was just on old stained brown paper. The bins were full and completely overflowing outside the property which we had to look at every time we went in/out. This place cost almost £900 for a 3 night stay - even at half this price the facilities and cleanliness do not warrant charging this amount. I have never had to give such a bad review before and have travelled and stayed all over the UK in over 50 different properties.

We loved location ease of getting there,we know Sherringham well,having stayed in different cottages for many years.

We cidn:t like finding unused unwashed tea.,coffee sugar jar need good wash,it is so nice now after long journey to find milk coffee or tea with sugar.amonst welcome pack. Back door needs attention as sticks badly,and back door gate was jammed solid,which mean't we couldn't use it,great shame,and the plastic chairs are cracked,making two unsafe, We loved our holiday,we thought overpriced for a few niggles.

Everything was fantastic! Perfect location, seconds from the beach and the shops. Accommodation was so lovely, very clean, comfy, spacious, had everything we needed!

Parking isn't always the best although there is a pay and display carpark opposite accommodation if needed. Didn't cause us any issues though!

Can not fault this property. It was lovely and in a prime location for Sheringham.Absolutely loved it and will be back again.

Location was excellent and good value for money

Water pressure - if you used the ensuite shower the pressure was lost altogether when taps were turned on elsewhere in the house
