The location was superb, the views over Gaeta from the terrace were amazing, the building itself was magnificent and best of all was the very excellent service. The host was very friendly and kind and suggested we went to see the sunset at Montagna Spaccata - perhaps the single best piece of advice ever received on a trip!

There was nothing not to like. The only advice I'd give is: if you're using Google Maps to find the B & B (especially if you're coming in a car) search for Via Pio IX 72 rather than Via Ladislao.

beautifully kept property, comfy bed, shower clean and spacious, linens clean, great view, breakfast about as good as it gets in Italy, host incredibly pleasant and proactive

no complaints! one could lament the gulls cawing, but I enjoy it

I fully and completely enjoyed my stay at Santa Lucia. Anna was the best host, attentive, friendly and super helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with the greatest view of the town. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
