Cozy A-Frame Retreat - Hot Tub, Forest Views

Stunning property, we booked this as a special treat for our last night in Colorado and it delivered to the max! Kids loved the air hockey, gorgeous interiors and facilities and we all enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. Although there are other houses nearby you feel like you are on your own. A moose came through the trees just as we were leaving and stood and watched us watching it for ages- the end to a very memorable stay.

This isn’t a criticism but you have to be prepared for non-tarred roads on the way in and also to bring your own drinking water. All just a function of the location which provides the magic.

The property was perfect for our group of 5 for a Thanksgiving stay. Beautiful house and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the proximity to Blackhawk!

The house was very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing in the hot tub, watching movies and playing the various games provided at the house. It was a great holiday getaway!

Our family of six enjoyed our time in the mountains; the only thing we would recommend would be a bit more seating in the family room area. Other than that, it was just what we were looking for.

The home is absolutely perfect. It’s a beautiful home nestled in the woods, and we saw so many shooting stars from the spacious, clean hot tub. If you’re looking for some serenity and peace and quiet, you do not want to miss out on an opportunity to stay here. It’s the best Airbnb experience we’ve had, and we’ve had so many great ones. So that says a lot! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed to make a nice birthday dinner for my husband. The bed we stayed in was dreamy. Amazing pillows! Nice, quality bedding. We slept better there than we do at home. The waterfall shower was a nice treat. Great hot water system. Our dogs loved bird watching from the large windows. The house is homey and perfect. Instructions to get in to the house were easy. Communication was stellar. The fireplace kept the whole house warm and cozy. We walked through the neighborhood and it’s lovely as well. We have nothing but great things to say about this place! We are already planning our next stay. It would be a wonderful place to stay at for any couple or family looking to explore this area of Colorado. Think a day of skiing at Eldora, then head back to this gem of a place to play a plethora of board games available, make a big pot of spaghetti, and end the evening in the amazing hot tub. This is a must for a nice little getaway. We can’t wait to come back! If I could give a 100/10, I absolutely would. This place is perfection!

The drive up to the house is amazing and the house is very nice and orderly. The host went above and beyond to make my honeymoon stay with my wife the best it could be. There were zero issues and I would recommend this house if youre looking for a remote stay or looking to explore all the trails and parks that are close by.
