Fantastic location just a short stroll from the vibrant heart of Seminyak, with Seminyak Village Shopping Mall less than 1km away. The villa was spacious and well-suited for our family of three, with generously sized bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a great pool to relax in. Tucked away from the main road, the entrance provided a sense of privacy and tranquility. Our host, Dita, was wonderful—always responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

Our stay had both positives and drawbacks. The villa offers good value for money, but it doesn’t quite match the photos. The property is quite run-down, with noticeable mold on the outdoor poolside furniture, shade areas, and even the front entrance. The walk to the villa isn’t the most appealing, with construction rubble on a neighboring property and potholes along the way. A few practical issues impacted our comfort. There was no towel change during our four-night stay, which became an issue in the heat and humidity. The beds were large but quite firm, becoming uncomfortable after a few nights. Additionally, the bathroom has no door, which limits privacy—this wasn’t a major problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Access is another factor to note: there’s no vehicle access at the moment, only mopeds, so be prepared for a short walk from the street. Overall, while the villa has potential and is in a convenient location, it could benefit from some maintenance and small improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Place was SUPER DIRTY, many place has fungus. I booked 4 nights but only stayed for one night as it was TOO DIRTY to continue staying. My body was itchy and I request for refund for the rest of the 3 nights (at least) they told me that they can’t refund me any money and ask me to go ahead to submit whatever review I want. What kind of customer service is this??? Bed sheet has stains, pillow and blanket has yellow fungus and TOO DIRTY till I changed my stay in the middle of my trip. I was excited to stay and paid $700+ SGD for 4 nights and I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED. They were rude and say that I was expecting a 5 star place for a villa?!?! lol… at least the place should be clean right! I have over 30 image of how dirty the place is, it only allow me to upload 4 image…

The bedrooms were nice

It needs a paint, did not look like photos on line especially in pool area

Comfortable bed

Property did not look like the photos. The rooms were not sealed which let bugs in and also didn't allow the room to cool down with the aircon. I had the aircon on the lowest setting for my whole stay and the room did not go below 25 degrees. The pool and outdoor furniture was dirty.

i love everything

Arrived in the night by taxi and the external facades looked average, but when we opened the traditional door and entered, an oasis was an understatement, it was spectacular . Well lit, stunning pool, private, safe and just as described. We spent as much time relaxing at the property as we did exploring the area. Nearby shops and cafes were of very high standard,. Like many foreign countries the only negative was the hard beds. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if ever back in Bali.
