"With little changes can make this apartment very nice place to comeback."

Size is good enough for 7 of us . Air conditioning is very good , fans too.

Nothing wrong with Property , except the interior is a bit outdated and some facilities not working properly or not working at all . There is a strong bad smell in bathroom room’s shower area( drainage). Another toilet in one of the bathroom room not working even if press to flash, leaking pipes of shower spray. Water pressure is too weak for hot shower .

"Lovely in the end"

Location was great just down the road from Legoland. The property had a kids play park, 2 big pools and a roof top pool. All beautifully kept and not to busy. The room we stayed in had amazing views, lovely bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We didnt end up staying at the kids Wonderland property as our booking got lost. This was disappointing and we were worried we would have no where to stay the night. Luckily they booked us to another room, it wasn't what we wanted but it was lovely. This room is what the view is on. We would have liked more kitchen wear to make cooking meals easier. Things like oven gloves, wooden spoons etc

We had a great stay at Medini Signature! Check in was seamless. The security was honest! My brother actually forgot and left his wallet in the basket of his motorcycle. One of the security guard actually came up to the unit and asked us to go down coz he said there's something that we left. When we realized it was the wallet, we were very grateful! The unit was big and clean! Love that it fits our family of 9 adults and 1 baby. Ample parking lots. Love that there's actually many residents staying in the building. So it's not scary at all! Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend! 💯

Maybe can install water dispenser.

Big apartment

Outdated bathroom, leaking ceiling in the bathroom, no utensils ( knife , glasses, pans). Swimming pool is not working on the territory. It looks like building was abandoned years ago . Don’t think we would return here ever again
