Posizione ottima, il personale disponibile, ci è venuto in contro quando Abbiamo chiesto di anticipare il check-in di due ore.

Orario check-in troppo tardi h 16 ( abbiamo chiesto di anticipare e ci hanno aiutato), orario check out troppo presto h 10. La casa aveva un forte odore di chiuso, la doccia non era pulita, c’era un pochino di muffa nel bagno. In generale le fotografie sul sito mostrano una struttura molto moderna ma non sono veritiere al 100%

The apartment itself is spacious and located in a peaceful, remote village — ideal if you're looking for a quiet stay away from the city.

The self check-in process is overly complicated and requires sharing a lot of personal information, including iD copy and a photo of yourself holding your ID. I wasn’t comfortable with this level of data sharing, but since I had already made the payment, I had no choice but to proceed. Although a registration link with location details and contact info is provided, it didn’t work properly with Google Maps — nothing showed up initially. The host was responsive via chat, but unreachable by phone. Eventually, after receiving the same link again and searching nearby streets, we managed to locate the property. Finding the parking area was another challenge. It was under renovation at the time, so we had to park elsewhere, not knowing whether the spot was public or private. There were no temporary parking options nearby either, which made the whole process stressful. Adding to the discomfort, a neighbor reacted negatively while we were unloading our luggage, which made us feel quite unwelcome. Overall, while the apartment itself has great potential due to its size and peaceful location, the experience was let down by the lack of accessible parking, unclear directions, and no direct way to reach the host by phone during check-in. With a few improvements, this could be a much more pleasant stay.

Everything was great! The location is excellent. I highly recommend it!
