Buona posizione, spazioso, fornito di bidet.

Mancava la carta igienica e i saponi. C'erano solo 3 asciugamani anziché 4. Abbiamo trovato sabbia nei letti. Il wifi non prendeva. È stato un po' limitante il fatto che solo una camera da letto era finestrata. Il bagno è cieco e senza ventola. In generale, andrebbe migliorata la pulizia prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti. La caldaia non scaldava abbastanza acqua per permettere a 4 persone di fare la doccia.

Appartement très propre et bien aménagé

On a rien aimé, on était obligé de payer et payer un autre appartement pour dormir.

Trop sal ( les tâches sur les couvertures, la poussière partout,) C'est un entresol enfermé. Les odeurs de moisissures.

I booked Sable d'Or expecting a functional WiFi connection, as advertised, because my wife and I work remotely. This was a complete lie. Upon arrival, I tested the internet and found it to be completely unusable, with speeds of 0.2–0.3 Mbps, making even basic browsing impossible. The mobile network in the area was also unreliable, meaning using a hotspot wasn’t an option. When I contacted the host about this major issue, he admitted that the internet could not be improved and told me to request a refund via Booking.com. Following his advice, I left the property within 30 minutes because it was unlivable for anyone who needs a working internet connection. However, after I submitted my refund request, the host conveniently disappeared and stopped responding. Booking.com also refused to take responsibility, dragging out the process for over a month and only offering me a pathetic 16.2 EUR credit—when I paid over 80 EUR for a stay that I never used. This is blatant false advertising, and both the host and Booking.com should be ashamed of how they handle customer complaints. This experience has been an absolute waste of time and money, and the lack of accountability from the host and Booking.com is shocking. If you’re considering this place, DON’T. The listing is deceptive, the WiFi is practically nonexistent, and the host will ghost you the moment there's a problem. Find another place where the owners actually care about their guests.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the essentials we needed—nothing was missing. The space was very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The neighborhood was also peaceful and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Clean appartement and good location

The water heater was unsafe, making loud banging noises from time to time while in use. The bath towels were damp and uncomfortable, and there was noise from the neighbors, making it difficult to rest at night. Additionally, there was no washing machine available and some kitchen tools were missing.."
