Located in a fabulous spot. Dean and his staff were fabulous and couldn’t be more helpful. It was our daughter’s birthday and the Villa staff delivered cake and flowers. Lovely attention to detail.

Liked everything, Dean was very kind to do a honeymoon setup for us with nice pool decoration as well.

Host Dean and his staff were fantastic. The Villa was just perfect for my father and I to explore Seminyaks restaurants, beach and shopping precincts. The pool was a great addition and cleaned daily. Would stay again!

Dean is a terrific host and responds to questions pre and during the trip very quickly and effectively. He is a very genuine and helpful person. He bought me a beautiful cake for my birthday..wow! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. The villa is very secure with 2 lockable gates to gain access. The location is excellent..just down a quiet lane (easy for Gojek /etc pick ups. From the villa lots of cafes, shops and supermarket. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay. The pool was lovely. Each of the 2 bedrooms was spacious and very clean. Maybe a little tired looking but not an issue for us. Room cleaning was fantastic. Water dispenser was a great addition. Aircon was excellent.

Perfect Villa in the perfect spot. Close to shops and beach. Dean was a perfect host and attended to our every need without hesitation. Will definitely be going back.

*Villa and Amenities:* My stay at the 5-star private villa in Seminyak, Bali, was nothing short of exceptional. The villa itself was a luxurious sanctuary, with modern Balinese architecture that seamlessly blended indoor and outdoor living. The spacious rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offered the utmost comfort and privacy. The private pool was the highlight, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Seminyak, the villa was perfectly located for both relaxation and exploration. A short walk took us to the vibrant streets filled with trendy boutiques, world-class restaurants, and lively bars. Not forgetting the service was impeccable. Dean the host was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

We chose this property due to its location (about a 50m walk to the Seminyak Bintang Supermarket) and the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, plethora of restaurants and other shopping, really close to the supermarket for daily shopping. Host Dean was outstanding and attentive to everything we needed and his staff Ketut and Putu did a fantastic job each day as required. While close to everything, it was far enough from the road to be nice and quiet. Facilities were great, and a highlight was the pool - perfect temperature as we have stayed in other villas before where the pools have been a little cold. While there we also had a look next door at Villa 1, 3 br, a really great set up and pool as well for those with a group or families (we were a couple with an adult child who visited for part of the stay). Could not recommend this property any higher and we look forward to our next stay!

We were disappointed to have to leave. There was nothing we didn't like about the property but I have to write something in this field to satisfy Booking.com!!
