Location, location, location. Awesome property in a great location, the beach is literally steps away. Apartment has everything we needed, we cooked but also went to local restaurants. There is a bike path/pedestrian walkway next to the house which is great and we used to work-out daily next to the ocean, beautiful setting. Communication with property manager was outstanding. Highly recommend

Quiet neighborhood. One minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella for the beach in the unit. Tiki Tiki restaurant just a few minute walk. Dania Beach Pier also has a restaurant; you can walk to it along the beach. Nice property overall. Pool is on next block only two minute walk. Stayed 7 nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet area. We stayed in the 1 Bed 1 Bath and it was plenty of room for 2 people. Beach gear was great as well. No toiletries so please remember to pack your own.

We loved and truly enjoyed our stay at the Waves on Walnut. The unit was just as described and had all you needed to spend the day at the beach: beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We also enjoyed the bikes and pool. The unit is 1/2 block from the beach and you could ride bikes on the bike path all the way to Hollywood beach. We highly recommend it and would love to come back.
