The hospitality of the staffs, the property ambience.

The location is not by the river ...the charges are a little higher.

Nothing much.

No food options as there are no guests. No maintenance on the property Poor amenities and rooms

Most of the items in the menu card was available. Facilities such as complimentary breakfast, dental kids were not availabe despite charging around Rs 6000 per room. When burnt ginger muxed fried rice was ordered, plain mixed fried rice was served. Food prices are also on higher side. On the positive side, staffs are extremely coordial and hospitable.

It was a one man show really. Arvind Chowdhury was omnipresent; right from the reception to serving or even preparing and serving the food. Arvind Chowdhury is a highly dedicated and self motivated loyal staff under the Sheldon Resort & Spa, Falta

There was one staff, who could speak only in Hindi. That young, may be the teenaged lad was hopeless really. Only oncee brought the food our room but never brought the plates or cutlery for our consumption of the food. Ultimately, we have to fall back on Arvind Chowdhury who responded and apologised for the mistake of his colleague.
